There should be public parks but for inside people. A place you can go and hang out for free but there's air conditioning. Instead of tennis courts they have Smash Bros setups.

i heavily heavily feel this, sometimes i wanna take a walk and go somewhere but the only places to go are restaurants and shops and i don't know if im allowed to just chill there without buying anything
