A single fossil named in the 19th century with a varied history of interpretation. Currently seen as part of a pterygotid eurypterid. If so, itβs unlikely to be valid as there are two other pterygotids from the same locality.
This morning my son was watching In A Nutshell that stated that 50% of all animal species live in jungles but there are almost no fossils from jungles. My wife and I are still recovering.
