TBF there are a good number of Parliamentarians I'd consider it insane to start a fight with: Dan Jarvis (Parachute Regiment), Alistair Cairns (Royal Marines), Fred Thomas (Marines), Bayo Alaba (Paras)...
But agree on the point more generally!

Many women I worked with who were in senior roles were actually worse than the guys.
I'm not saying it was their fault just that it was the result of toxic environments.
