if you think this violates the law (and it very clearly does imo), you don't seek an injunction, you seek an indictment, given that the law makes it a class 1 felony. cowardice from the AG, cowardice from the courts, nobody wants the responsibility of actually enforcing the law. cowards all around

Piece of shit .
He’s like every bad guy in a dystopian sci-fi novel.
With everything you suspect he’s done there is more.

Not sure I get your remark!
Pls explain.
That is, if there was a really big law firm that hadn't already sold out?
The Tesla Fool will lose and at the end of its sorry life, it will wish that someone would have shown genuine 'like'...
This makes people cynical, & say "screw it" about the whole thing. Why stand up to defend rule of law when it's already a joke?
Unfortunately, post of the day.
Please do.
An injunction stops a person from doing something that may be a crime.
You do not in fact have to wait for them to pay someone.
It would be really odd if they could offer bribes and then not pay them after getting the votes and that somehow be legal.
They had to wait and arrest him when he did it. Legal wishcasting does not work. The courts were right to refuse their request.
But yes, a deeply stupid waste of time asking this court to tell someone not to probably do crime.
1. We stop having free and fair elections. We get Hungarian or Russian-style sham elections.
2. People stop trusting in the legal and electoral processes and begin to look at extra-legal solutions to problems.
Weinstein & Cosby happened for decades, but once a few victims stood up, it snowballed from there.
So far there isn't one single person willing to put cuffs on him or restrain him with the force of the policeSTATE that the right has used against everyone else.
Just making sure I’m catching this news correctly.
Kind of a losery way to win if you ask me. Reeks of desperation.
Both recipients and payor acted appear to have acted illegally.

Unless you're >99% confident Musk's play won't work, I don't see why Crawford herself wasn't pushing for an injunction
Obv, still unlikely they go after him once it's over.
Democratic Party should offer ballots & agenda for support of 70% tax on 25%ers & corporations at state and federal level. No direct incentive there either.

The 1st judge ever to push back on Elon was the one in the Twitter deal case when Elon wanted to change his mind and back off. Bu that was b4 Trump.
Just send goons
Quick test for all the prosecutors out there. What legal document should you seek from a court?
A) an injunction
B) an arrest warrant
Probably the same here.
