I was one away from a ward on a new mental health hospital. Instead of dialling 0113 3xx xxxx some people were dialling 0113 23x xxx. After a couple of weeks with a voicemail message I got the number changed
A local hotel once accidentally listed my work phone number instead of theirs on a mailing they sent out. It was wonderful, instead of doing any actual work I spent a month or two just answering the phone giving out the correct number.
