This is only day 2 with it but yes, it does seem to be helping. I get quicker feedback when I eat something I shouldn't, and it's somewhat gamified. I find myself less likely to eat something that's going to raise my numbers higher.
Yep. Half the reason I got it was so I could get real feedback on what I'm eating. It's also turning out to gamify things a bit. "how long can I get my blood sugar today"
I’ve found few things that are as bad as bagels or English muffins for spiking blood sugar. Having some protein beforehand helps me smooth out the spikes when I’m going to eat something that I know isn’t the smartest choice.
