i mean, me, too, but the palak paneer pizza and the tandoori chicken both seemed more questionable and both also ruled, so my mind has expanded to the possibilities of radical pizza

I was in Goa a few years back and the pizza place was run by Italians from Naples that used all the traditional techniques and ingredients but also applied them to local Goan and classic Indian dishes. Paneer, tandoori, tikka pizzas were incredible. Italian classics were amazing too.

Though that place wasn't amazing, I think the concept was good.
