This chart is not since the middle ages, it's (coincidentally) exactly in my lifetime. Almost 1 in 4 kids born died before 5 in low income countries! Let's have more of humanity crushing it, and less of whatever we have in 2025, please.

Few things are more heartbreaking than the death of a young child.
