A Lakeland, Florida, woman has been charged after police said she ended a call to an insurance company with the words, “Delay, Deny, Depose. You people are next.”
She reportedly placed a call to BlueCross BlueShield regarding medical insurance claims she was denied

That was a violation of that woman’s first amendment rights.
Caller: “3 D’s.”

I'm not saying they deserve death threats (even ones this obviously empty) but they're not entirely innocent, either.
The latter are nothing but a barrier to the necessities of life. Their business model revolves around bankrupting and killing the vulnerable.
It makes union busting look tame.
Universal, single-payer coverage (a proven model) is far more fair and effective, but costs MUCH less. Insurance that doesn't pay is inherently criminal.
Legit?
There is no more to give.
these my judges dawg, we're all cooked
They made peaceful revolution impossible.
Next time you have your claim denied just ask them where you should go to die so you wont be a burden to their shareholders....
PROFIT HAS BECOME MORE IMPORTANT THAN PEOPLE...
That’s top notch customer service right there. They couldn’t provide her medical care, so that sent her to a provider that, by law, has to provide care.
Insurance execs lives are sacred, I guess. Women's lives? Not so much
She should sue for it.
Jeeze...
'... a 2023 survey from the nonpartisan health policy research institute KFF found that 81 percent of insured adults gave their health insurance plans a rating of “excellent” or “good.”'
I wonder how many of them have never had a claim denied.
Hard to believe.
81% of adults did rate it favorably but the number was only 68% favorable for people in fair or poor health
58% experienced problems with insurance in the last year and almost half of them were unable fix it
It's also interesting to note that government programs are rated higher than employer-based or market place programs. Whether in sickness or in health.
I wonder when our government is going to criminalize the REAL violence these HIs are commiting everyday against Americans.
"you people are next" is really going to come back to bite her. Florida gonna Florida
Thanks again, that cab ride was NOT gonna be fun

Fascism is here, and just like last time, the DNCWeimar built it before handing it over to Nazis.
Just like last time around.
The call center people have no control over any of their employer's ridiculous processes.

Also, this doesn't feel like simply overcharging...but intentionally charging inaccurately (since it's very clear that this isn't written) in attempt to make an example and make headlines. Thoughts?
In any case, Florida Woman should think before speaking.
We’re watching the degeneration of a vengeful nation.
I worked in a call center once... and had lots of threats levied... it was a daily occurrence.. no one ever called the cops, hell - didn't even tell my manager because it was so hilariously common.
This is fear, and its my new kink.
But we made it out the other side... bullet hole free!
Try to make an example...
We need to be smarter about who we threaten... are there people who deserve it... yes. Is it Brenda in claims who is a raging cunt... but is also a wage slave.. probably not.
Bob making $12 an hour doesn’t need to take crap from this lady.
Nice freedom of speech you got there, Florida.
What’s that status?
The country realizing how crazy the divide between the ultra rich and the poor is? Right after they got scammed by Trumpelon?
Cops/Judges: girl assault victim dares make SA complaint—“hit her with SLAPP charges, lock her up”
We 👀 you!
😆😆😆
But threaten an insurance company?
Police only protect Capital.
Arrest both or neither, imo.
