Tariff bringing manufacturing back to the US is a fanciful idea. Factories take billions and years to build, if our workers even want those jobs. Government breaks supply chains overnight, tells companies where to set price, punishes fair employment. And now big law won't even represent you.

It may be CHEAPER to buy imports, even with the tariff than domestic in the US, as a lot of manufacturing has material cross borders several times, tariffed by Trump every time.

I do not know but would guess a very significant portion of the 380 million have the right to live some place else.
Which, to be fair, is how he acts towards Tesla even though he only owns some 12% of it. I don't think he's ever given a thought in his life to inconveniences like "accountability."
