do the execs at the NYT, WaPo, WSJ etc ever get pangs of embarrassment that they're simping so hard for this guy in particular? like are there ever moments where they stare into the mirror and wonder where it all went wrong?

Trump appears to being making a threat against Bruce Springsteen.
