Our nation should make policies based on evidence alone, without regard to race.
We should not backtrack just because a policy has a higher burden on one group of people.
I believe that people including judges often have unconscious bias.
I believe poor people have harder lives through no fault of their own and deserve opportunities like affirmative action and scholarships.
But algorithms help overcome racial bias. We should not purposely introduce it.

AI is a symptom of a deeply ill society/group of socieities.
