This has nothing to do with Mayo Clinic. It’s an article written by a guest columnist about letting go of bitterness in romantic relationships. Probably because it is VD. No need to get your knickers in a twist over this.
In related news, having newspaper owners letting go of grudges and bitterness, reduces the anxiety of the workers at said newspapers...and as a bonus, the reporting is better.
Nazis took over my country, so I'm going to hold onto every bit of grudge and bitterness that I can physically contain right now. Forgiveness will only be delivered at significant velocity to a Nazi's skull.
Look at all the people in the comments who think this was a political or theological post, when it's clearly psychology for broken hearted Valentines. 😂
Hard pass on coddling fascists. There is nothing stress-reducing about that. Neither is a newspaper that rolls over and shows its tummy to said fascists.
He'll no. This chick is smoking crack. Don't turn the other cheek. Don't let it go. Don't stick your head in the sand.

This is a stupid article.
Even in 4 years, I'll never let it go.
People that forget history are doomed to repeat it.
Never forget.
Seeing an awful lot of fucking content about relaxation and forgiveness lately. Weird how they always stress decorum when they have a boot on your goddamned throats.
Yes, relax you Leftoids. You are officially living thru the Great Awakening. Watch your political idols crumble and accept the fact that you've been brainwashed into hating 1 man more than you love you country! https://youtu.be/y1diA-UfHyk?si=RXNmgT6sPKVzthtZ

To accept the things I cannot change,
Courage to change the things I can,
And the Wisdom to know the difference."
Adopt that philosophy and your life will become instantly better; worked for me.

Snaps love when smart people state the obvious while leaving out the bit that would actually help.
Oh well, no hard feelings Mayo Clinic Snaps knows you’re trying to help.
and then tells us to chill out
Fuck off Bezos
I only bother now with NPR and Boston Globe.
WaPo are desperate for subscribers, even Aussie ones. I wonder why?

The NY Times is better and Wired is really stepping up. It really seems like the WP is compromised. Just my opinion.
