Wow! Surprising it’s not public? First comes to mind is that there are CDPH members who were part of the city’s 1st cumulative assessment rollout (some of us were able to attend this public meeting) & I remember CDPH members involved wanted public to reach out.

We met the CDPH members on this publication & first public meeting as those who want transparency and work with the community. I would contact them to see if they would know who the best person in their department can follow up with you directly!

my first impulse would be to FOIA CDPH for anything after the last updated date and include a note that it isn't publicly available because it hasn't been updated, and then email Jon Levy (data portal) and Dave Graham (head of CDPH Inspections and Permitting)

Dave stopped answering my emails after Ineffective By Choice but prior to that I had some success getting him to look at problems in CDPH data sets on the portal
