I'm not sure that's the full picture. If you use AI and it makes you more productive/efficient/independent and you can lower your costs, then the enrichment is diffuse.

If IP law persists, which IP creators will be able to afford legal representation to sue big tech cos?

The NYT, but anyone else?

You are right that everyone benefits a little from AI. Not to the extent of those creating the models, but definitely much more than the creators whose work unwillingly ended up on the training datasets.

Wouldn’t the end of trademarks, copyrights and patents just kill any incentives to innovation?
