I agree that Biden should not have run again, but the 'scorching' excerpts from Jake Tapper's book about the 'conspiracy' to hide his decline basically amount to a celeb whining he wasn't recognized, ex-Obama staffer bitching (been happening since '08) and an old man seeming tired (shocking...).
