We have those to keep the 11 lb. pup from digging out. I don't know about foxes, but cats, squirrels and raccoons go over the fence with ease.

I got those solar sonic things you stick in the ground to keep rodents out. Even the deer and elk are staying away from my garden.

even a rat could jump over that, if it couldn't be asked to pass between it. Have just ordered a 25m roll of 3' high welded mesh with 1/2" x 1/2" mesh so that the rats don't get to our sweetcorn this year. Apologies for mixing imperial and metric, that's life in Europe.

*in conjunction with a 8ft tall woven wire fence. My bad, I should have mention that. See the second pic, the panels are pushed about a foot into the ground.

I saw. Cunning Mr Fox will remove the bricks and pull the panel over and take snips to your 8' wire fence. Suggest to watch roadrunner cartoons for ideas... 😂
