It's funny that this whole thing was because Zaslav came from the Discovery side and had a grudge against HBO for getting more respect than his 10000 identical home renovation shows
Also they're removing all that junk after years of unsuccessfully pushing it in the app because it turns out "show you watch on a hotel tv because there's nothing else on" doesn't work great in on demand streaming
That is the most perfect description of that kind of show I've ever seen.
The only non hotel/hospital application is maybe muted in the background of a family gathering bc someone was flipping channels after the game and suddenly wandered away for another beer
