Found out more of the wife’s family will be at thanksgiving which means I need to flex more. Probably gonna make a couple cheesecakes. Thinking pumpkin/caramel and then one other. Ideas??

What about caramel apple instead of just caramel?

I did really well with a dark chocolate custard pie using a chocolate cookie crust. Melted Belgian dark chocolates for the custard.
We're just staying with the immediate family this year, so walnut pie will be it for us.

Have you experienced the delight that is basque cheesecake? Easy to add pumpkin or sweet potato

Omg I’m honored to be connected to someone so famous!!
I’m a huge fan of what I call my “science oven”. Still do the traditional sous vide as well but my Anova oven has been so life changing.

Keep it plain but have some other toppings available. Blueberries, strawberries, cherries - build your own cheesecake slice!

Hear me out, for the past two years we’ve brought a key lime pie and it’s killed.

Caramel pie. Simple but typically a home run with targeted pie holes!
