I did really well with a dark chocolate custard pie using a chocolate cookie crust. Melted Belgian dark chocolates for the custard.

We're just staying with the immediate family this year, so walnut pie will be it for us.

I’m a huge fan of what I call my “science oven”. Still do the traditional sous vide as well but my Anova oven has been so life changing.
