This activity has been ongoing since 2021, in exactly the same vein, ignored by the Gov, UN & GANHRI.

We have already established that the EHRC and the government are essentially the same, one is appointed by the other and both the Minister for Women and Equalities and the EHRC met Sex Matters on their own. I find the Harriet Harman reason for keeping Falkner quite a weak reason.
