There is a difference between being alone and loneliness. You can be surrounded by hundreds and still be lonely. Or alone without being lonely.
The art of connecting to others. Interacting face to face without SM filters.
As not only is it bad for my extraverted mother, it's bad for me too because it removes a source of respite for me.
But I just got excuses, shaming, and later a retaliatory firing for trying to complain about it.
But this is a basic correlation/causation mixup.
Someone in ill health will not be able to socialise as much, and will also have a larger chance of developing health problems.

The fact that our society feels the need to justify reduced loneliness and isolation with improved health outcomes... Instead of as an end in itself.
Reminds me of a concert to that advertised "Live music shown to be good for your health" I don't want to justify concerts!
