If I'm not responsible for "the what" then I don't actually care what the AI outputs, because I can just say "that's the what, I'm only responsible for the how, and the how is this code that nearly compiles. If you don't like it, you should have written clearer requirements."

Pubic health has created an empty-suit management class that owns "the what". With clinical training but often no real science, they're unable to handle high velocity risk.
I will 100% tell them to get that shit out of requirements if they try.
But there need to be clear lines for final decisions.
