Another nominated film in the animated category (Flow) isn't specifically about climate change, but it's story is almost completely based in a future world where much of the world is threatened by rising water levels and gets submerged further by some type of flooding.

Came here to say that, but if it is, it shows not very dire outcome. The only animal that dies is the whale and things come back to normal fast

The outcome is unspoken (as is the whole movie), but the world is clearly post-crisis, as the world is flooded. The water is a direct and implied antagonist. Climate is not a central theme, per se, but neither is it in Wild Robot. The deaths in Wild Robot aren't necessarily climate related, either.

I'm wondering if "Flow" should count? Although they never explain where that flood came from.
