It's our first Halloween as homeowners so we're doing research to prepare for tomorrow night. In my exploration, I've seen people recommend giving out walking tacos, making your own "treat bags" filled with mixes, and more. I think people may have too much time on their hands.

Good candy = be respected.
Shitty candy / healthy alternative / toothbrush = get your house tp’d in the ‘90s.
Basically anything that would have been penny candy when I was a kid is a no-go.
We went to Target today (technically last minute for Halloween) to get ours and the kids chose skittles and caramel apple pops. I got the last bag of gummy Nerd clusters.
Sour patch, gummy worms, skittles, Twix prob. all safe bets…
Sometimes we do have a fire in the driveway but the firepit is out of commission at the moment.
