- Okay, you can pick it up tomorrow
- Oh, you can't pick it up, it's out for delivery
- It's not out for delivery, but you can reschedule!

"We tried to deliver, but you weren't here" notice I got. Sitting in my living room.
Threw on shoes and caught the postman a couple blocks down. "Hey, what gives?!"
"Oh, the lights weren't on so I thought you weren't home"
.... it was mid-afternoon.
When you send something to an access point, you almost always do it the next day, and it's just one of many packages that get sent there. But the company doesn't tell anyone that.
Same with the time estimates, drivers don't even see those.
Or the ability to track the truck, so you can develop anxiety while the driver is just trying to run their route.
(They didn’t)
(But maybe they will)
(Or maybe it will be in your mailbox)
(Or you should visit the post office Iunno)
Good stuff, always something new!
