You can report and block the account, @pikat.io , of course the moderator will take a time and verify if the account is harm to other people, but I choose to just block, report and ignore, don't feed those people if they are bad.

I don't see any monetization options in my settings here, so I think that at least on this website people aren't intentionally doing these things for money. On the other website people were incentivized to post polarizing or engagement bait stuff for money, which made overall content way worse
