First global sales data for TSLA I've seen in March: France, where unit sales were down 37% YoY for the month. Q1 sales overall fell 41% YoY in France.

⚪️ This morning I remembered a scene from the dystopian Netflix film “Leave the World Behind” in which a sea of broken-down white Teslas was immobilized during civilization’s meltdown.
I've never had a ton of respect for analysts, but usually you can at least see some reality in their viewpoint.
It's amazing w this torrent of horrendous sales numbers you have people like Tom Lee talking about TSLA at $488 and a "V-shaped" recovery. Just insane.
Oof those numbers are going to hurt on Wednesday. Too bad Trump rigged his little announcement (which will send market higher as he backs down like a b) to coincide with TSLA earnings. Or maybe it was somebody else that planned it. Rising tides lift all boats?
They don't break out US - third party providers estimate but there's no hard number. Tomorrow is their Q1 sales report, should be out before the market opens.
Do we know what the current lead time is on a European Tesla? I.e. are non cancellable orders made months ago lagging a larger fall in new orders, or has that washed out now.

That means total sales for the quarter ex-US are likely down more than 20%. They get half their revenues ex-US! So, uh?
