I saw one about a guy who opted for assisted death so they could wait in the wings to freeze him ASAP but they still let ice crystals form in his brain, which is bad lol. another report opens with "[name] was pronounced legally dead by today’s standards" (???)

none of this appeals to me personally but my mom has a very distant and very crazy relative with almost no other family who thinks he can will his estate to his future self after he gets unfrozen. so she's like maybe if there's no one else and his will is unenforceable we'd inherit his house in LA
