According to one comment you only "really need to" deal around 1750 damage to the Roaring Knight to win, coupled with me only being able to deal around 111-120 damage per Rude Buster, that means I "only" need to do it around 15 times, meaning at best I need to survive around 14 attacks from it. Oof.
