While they're at it they can do heritage buildings as well before the entire place is one giant parking lot for a new Costco

It's a sad outcome for sure but unfortunately not unusual in areas where people aren't used to living with bears. I think the COs took the right action for downtown Regina. They would have had more options in a different community.
