Animals developed this behavior because dust, just like diatomaceous earth, eliminates parasites on their skin - fleas, mites and ticks. It's a mechanical pesticide that scratches the waxy cuticle of the insects, causing them to dehydrate.
that poor person drenched in mud carrying dog on back , i can imagine having to Go IN After the dog and the puddle all around is Twice as deep as Where dog is laying = But YOU Dont know this , , , blup under= NOT water = MUD !
OT, Jessi, but I thought you would get a kick out of this:Spouse just said, oh, good, itβs Thursday. Know why i love Thursdays? Because on Fridays, we dance!!!
Swear to god Iβm startin to get a teeny bit jealousβ¦.. π
This reminds me of my Shitzu/Maltese π He was pure white, long wavy hair, after a bath. He went right to our first duck pond. Well, actually, it wasn't a pond until the ducks claimed that portion of the yard π and so did Beethoven, after a bath π . Got to love them π
I actually have a mini clip on my phone somewhere in the thousands of the clouds of memories. At the time, all I could say was, "Beethoven!!" Now I look back because he's no longer with us, is smile, because, that was him. He was music to our ears. Dirt and all.π
Wow! From the Dogsβ point of view, it looks like so much fun. But from the point of view of us humans who have to clean them up, not so much.
Also, love the guy looking as muddy as his dog heβs carrying on his back. That was too funny! Thanks Jessi for another hilarious clip π€£ππΎπΎ
