I appreciate this, because too many fantasy IPs trivialize magic, treating it as a substitute for science, robbing it of its inherent strangeness.
Magic should feel unnatural, bizzare, & have a degree of unpredictability; something beyond your understanding you have the audacity to cage & tame.
