Yodel are the worst of the worst. They have never successfully delivered here, always offering up an excuse, typically ‘while you were out…’. Their nearest hub is an hour’s drive away and I guess they don’t want to come with one parcel.
Around here (mid Wales) Evri have been very good. Amazon’s own delivery service is excellent. DPD are lesser spotted but have been reliable. All of these companies work their drivers to exhaustion.
