I’d love to hear some of the favourite books people read to their kids:
1. Fox’s Socks by Axel Scheffler & Julia Donaldson
2. Digby Dog Delivers by Tor Freeman (anything by Tor!)
3. The 329th Friend by Marjorie W. Sharmat
4 Asterix the Gaul in Scots
5. Diggers by Terry Pratchett

I read to my son Eli every day until he turned 13 or so, and I read to Oliver every day until he turned 17. Eventually both got too busy with other things, but goddam it was awesome while it lasted. I wouldn't trade that for anything.
