Edward ‘Big Balls’ Coristine has documented ties to Black Hat hackers and the criminal underground. Why is anyone in a position of power - members of Congress, mainstream media - not freaking out daily over Coristine rooting around in Treasury Dept systems?

The more likely scenario is that they're already completely compromised.
There’s no way that anyone with even the smallest amount of real world experience in large scale purchasing applications would say something this ignorant.
And, that it is just continuing to happen.
