When a Chef at a top restaurant I was told a Critic was in. A party of 6. All ordered the broccoli cheese souffle.
He had canned a place a month before for a fallen souffle so I got his waiter to set up forks along the kitchen bench & invited them to eat straight from the oven!
He loved it! Lol

Cleaners everywhere that I support this as the new standard for all restaurants, break rooms everywhere. Just spray everything down and rinse and swipe it down the drain. Dishes, utensils???
Have industrial strength garbage disposals in every sink/table.
Ultraviolet, Shanghai 3 Michelin Stars, one of the dessert courses is eaten in the dishwashing area because it looks like dirty dishes (also they give you a tour of how the kitchen works)
