People dealing with #menopause or #perimenopause: do you find yourself absolutely shattered all day long, and then suddenly bright eyed and bushy tailed in the evenings/night?

Luckily I work from home so don’t have the added burden of having to make myself presentable in the AM, I can just crawl from bed to my desk.
Oh, you wanted *helpful* answers? Sorry, I'm fresh outta those because I'm in perimenopause and I'm cranky, tired, and filled with heartburn.
(I take naps, actually. Never did before, but since I work at home, I nap now.)
By 6pm, when I'm done with work, I'm all "let's do things" but during work hours, it's more "sleep now?"
