Bove said today that he felt the crim. case against Adams had been 'ginned up' (my paraphrase) b/c of political agenda, etc. So, taking his BS at face value, you *have to* ask him: 'Since you said (blah blah), why then didn't you move to dismiss the charges *with* prejudice?'
