I personally feel that if you hate politics that’s actually why you should put love into it. So you have a platform with a big reach, if you take politics into your own hands and discuss topics with people of differing views this helps. We shouldnt rely solely on politicians to be diplomatic for us.

The thought that helps me is to remember that everything gravitates towards the mean and that the US is the land of “nothing gets done”.
