Biden has the same powers SCOTUS gave Trump. He can have SCOTUS's Federalists arrested, denationalized and exiled to Gitmo if he needs to in order to protect the Union. Lincoln suspend the Constitution in part during the Civil War. This will be civil war if Biden does not.
