Bugs the fuck out of me when someone uses “addicting” rather than “addictive.” It’s silly, I know, but, poor grammar aside, it just *sounds* bad. I’ve heard it’s supposed to apply to non-addictive things, but I think folks understand the colloquial meaning & that’s a cop out ’cause most don’t know.
