This is great. Bring this sort of thing back. More apprenticeship for early careers and more hanging out and giving advice upon request for experienced people.

When I was working in pinball, there was a guy who was like 90 years old and had been in the industry since the beginning, and basically his whole job was to be a mentor and resource for all the other designers to provide feedback and suggestions.

He still produced a ton of stories but was of even more value as a resource & newsroom presence who made us all feel a little more chill.
It didn't survive the pandemic without hanging out in the office and going for lunch or to the pub - it didn't fit scheduled zooms.
