Good old Nova Scotia weather today for #Parkrun, cold and damp to start, warm and Blackfly'y at the end. (note Blackfly on m'nose and neck). New #Goodr sunnies were awesome, didn't bounce or slip.

Great time too. 10s faster than last week, so well on my way to reclaiming my 26m pr, which is nice.
