This guy on Instagram took his shirt off & was like “this is what a body that works out 6x a week & gets 10k steps looks like.” (Visible abs.) That made me realize I also work out 6x a week & get 10k steps. But I sort of look like a seal grew limbs. I am sorely tempted to make a response video

Bodies are to be used and I guess having a six-pack gives us useful social media likes and self-confidence but it seems really boring.
Just played 3 high level soccer games in 36 hours and I doubt any of our guys had gym bods.
A better body isn't going to make me more able to float. And not sinking like a stone would be nice.
I don't understand people who sink. I just lay down on top of the water.
