It's crazy how tiny things can make big noises! When I was living in an apartment building I once heard stomping in the hallway, louder than any neighbor I'd ever heard and shaking the floors. When I peeked out my door it turned out to be the tiniest little two-year-old girl you've ever seen
I love it. My downstairs neighbor never heard the 40 lb dogs walking around but definitely hears the GALLOPING of the cats. And that’s hilarious. You can’t be mad at cats running. Unless it’s on your body.
You may not know our secrets! Also this cat feels like she weighs about 400lbs on each individual paw. (It's apparently a thing w/ Siberians. Lol.) IYKYK
well that explains the marble rolling noises I always hear from my upstairs neighbours - here I thought they were just passionate marble collectors 😭 🤣
My upstairs neighbor has a cat and i have lived in this apartment for almost 6 years and i am sometimes still surprised by how clearly i can hear their cat run around up there, cats seem so light on their feet and yet??
IKR?!?!?!
The 9kg Tabby can walk on me, and I barely notice him.
The 5kg Mau runs on the stairs, and it’s like a herd of ponies came through the house.
The 4kg Tuxie, he just wants more belly rubs…and food.

Obvi.
That is a lovely wee kitty.
The only competition for the cats was the noisy scrabbling when the Golden Retriever forgot about the kitchen floor and took a corner too fast.
😫
(As a cat owner of a chunky and a stealthy mf) I can hear this description
Ours is 16 pounds & sounds like an entire herd of elephants. 😂
