Actually I did think it was a crime to interfere in the execution of their duties. So why do suppose no one has arrested Trump or Musk. It is also a crime for a private citizen to meet with foreign heads of state and claim to negotiate for the US government. There are no exceptions.
Agreed. Look at what happened with Robert Kraft. Caught in a sex trafficking sting in southern Florida. Everyone else was prosecuted as far as I know. He bought his way out by hiring a bunch of lawyers. Same thing with TRump and his evil band.
