Training today was better than Tuesday. Knee and hip pain gone. Did a couple of sprints and a half mile of 5K #parkrun pace. Hopeful I will get below 29 minutes on Saturday.

I twisted my left knee badly last August. Serious injury. 4 months rest and physio exercises. Using DMSO on knee for pain. Taking collagen, glocosamine, chrondroitin and msm supplements. Now back running at 80% of old pace but knee can get achy and stiff still.
