Exercise this week has been two Pilates sessions and two runs. Today I ran 6 miles, my longest run for over 2 years after reading an inspirational story about Irish runner Tommy Hughes in Runners World. I’m doing timekeeping at Saturday’s #parkrun and a sprint session on Sunday.

Excuse no 365 for failing to beat a target time at #parkrun. A friend and I were pacing each other to dip under 29 mins today. All going well until my friend who was leading tripped over and fell heavily. Stopped to help him up and continue but he lost his rhythm and we couldn’t make up lost time.
