When last I checked (10 or 20 years ago), the only requirements for being pope was single male baptized a Catholic. So theoretically they could choose a lapsed Catholic, 16, sitting in some cell for grand theft auto. Not gonna happen, but a dollar bet and a miracle … 🤔
