If California doesn't get the same treatment after its disaster as Florida and North Carolina got, perhaps California's citizens can go on a federal tax holiday?

Florida gets its disaster relief instantly—because nothing says urgent need like being a swing state, North Carolina waits patiently, because clearly disaster recovery is only a priority when it’s politically convenient. Truly, a shining example of fairness.
Let’s see how that affects the already poor red states. Their constituents would be REEEEAL happy!
